The Board for the Audubon Hills CSD has signed a contract with Joe Vicini, INC to do an Asphalt Overlay of Greyhawk Lane and Heron Lane. The work will start on June 21 and 22, 2023.  The one lane roads will not be accessible on the 22^nd. Please plan accordingly,

AUDUBON HILLS CSD

The Board for the Audubon Hills CSD has signed a contract with Joe Vicini, INC to do an Asphalt Overlay of approximately 1500 Lin. Feet of Audubon Drive, starting approximately 700 feet from North Canyon. This will include placing and compacting gravel on the shoulder, (where possible) and painting the center line. The work will start on or about July 06, 2022. We can expect one-way controlled traffic during this period.

NOTICE MAY 15. 2021

AUDUBON HILLS CSD

The board for Audubon Hills CSD has signed a contract with Wilsons Asphalt Inc. to Seal Coat three of the Lanes in Audubon Hills. The three are, Kittywake, Kingbird, and Warbler. The seal coat crew will be in the area on Thursday, June 03, 2021. As they are cleaning, sealing and giving time for the Seal Coat to dry and cure, they will be closing some areas of the three Lanes for an extended period of time. They will be in the area from approx.. 8:00am. And the Lanes may be closed until the next morning.

We know that this may be an inconvenience for some but your help and planning will make this project go smooth . there may be some of our neighbor’s contact information that we do not have, so if you can help by talking to your neighbors that will help, so there are no surprises.

The Audubon Hills Community Services District (AHCSD) does not have a contract with a snowplow operator this year. The operator who signed a contract with us needed to go into the hospital for surgery and he stated that he would most likely not be able to work this year. We have been looking for another snowplow operator but have not been successful. If you know of anyone who is willing to plow our roads, please let us know.

On another note the AHCSD board is in need of one more member. Again, please contact us if you, or someone you know, is interested.

NOTICE 25 MAY 2020  – AUDUBON HILLS CSD

The board for Audubon Hills CSD has signed a contract with Doug Veerkamp General Engineering to Seal Coat four of the Lanes in Audubon Hills. The four Lanes are; Kingfisher, Mockingbird, Tanager, and Thrush. The seal coat crew will be in the area on June 15, and 16, 2020. As they are cleaning, sealing and giving time for the Seal Coat to dry and cure, they will be closing some areas of the four Lanes for an extended period of time.

The schedule is:

June 15th

• Kingfisher from 7:00am to 5:00pm
• Mockingbird  from 10:00am to 5:00pm

June 16th

• Tanager from 7:00am  to 5:00pm
• Thrush from 10:00am to 5: 00pm
